Jason Coker knows the restaurant industry well. The Lubbock, Texas native who attended Texas Tech University, has spent over 26 years working in restaurants. He’s been with ANI nearly two years.
“The restaurant industry has made me a very outgoing, and personable person,” he says. “I have never met a stranger since I started working in restaurants.”
Coker and his team are committed to giving guests the best experience possible. He’s always learning and is most proud of his work with Harvest by The Patio.
A father of three, Coker enjoys family time, as well as rock climbing, and sand dunes.
