The specialty leasing and management group of American National Investments, Inc. (ANI), ANI Retail Services was formed out of the partnership of two of ANI's most successful divisions: ANIactive Commercial Brokerage and ANI Property Management.
Our experience includes management, leasing and redevelopment of over 15 million square feet of retail, office and industrial space across the country and representation of prominent national and local tenants and specialty retailers.
The ANI Retail Services team has been instrumental in the development, leasing and repositioning of major retail centers in the area including Music Village in Downtown San Diego, La Jolla Village Square, and Grossmont Center in La Mesa. We pride ourselves in the ability to turn each challenge into creative and effective solutions and develop dynamic synergy between the right tenant mix and the consumer lifestyle, complementing the mission and vision for single site and mixed use developments projects.

Leasing
We know the industry and are focused on maximizing the performance of retail spaces and creating increased value for our clients. Our team knows international, national and local retailers, and has consummated transactions with most of these major tenants.
Our team evaluates market conditions, including tenant relocations, levels of occupancy in a target area, rental rates, proposed development and other real estate trends and develops a comprehensive positioning and leasing program for the property. As a result of our experience with Tenant Representation, we are able to better understand tenants' needs and thus position and lease properties for landlords more effectively.
We work with building owners, investors and property managers to develop leasing strategies that truly enhance property value. We understand the importance of creating the right tenant mix, and we enthusiastically market your property to prospective tenants using a variety of traditional and non-traditional, technology-based marketing strategies.
