Located in the Little Italy area of San Diego, this residential tower project makes the most of the sloping site to provide residents with vistas of San Diego's waterfront and downtown area. In both scale and style, the project is designed to meld into the surrounding neighborhood fabric of low and high-rise commercial and multi-family residences.
The tower has been designed to respect the neighborhood pedestrian movement predominant in the Little Italy area. This has been accomplished by providing well-scaled, pedestrian uses with streetlevel live/work units, street entry residential units and views into the courtyard.
The street wall will be subdivided in sections resembling row houses with differing façade articulation and color. Typical residential units will be mostly flats with a mix of one, two and three bedroom units. The street entry residential units will be two stories. On grade and below grade parking is provided.
