La Jolla Village Square is a remerchandising and redevelopment of an existing regional mall to an entertainment based power center. This project was expanded from 380,000 square feet to its current size of 415,000 square feet. The projects' entertainment component is anchored by a major AMC Theaters complex, SuperCrown Books, Tower Records, Ray's Game Center, Starbuck's, California Pizza Kitchen, Island's Restaurant and various food court tenants. The power center component consists of the following Major Anchor Tenants: Ross Dress For Less,Marshalls, Linens & Things, Cost Plus Imports, Trader Joe's, Ralph's Food and Drug, the Good Guys! and Sears Homelife
