The San Diego-based litigation firm Wilson Petty Kosmo & Turner LLP has added Robert C. Rodriguez and Gita M. Varughese as associates. Rodriguez will focus on the firm's liability practice group while Varughese will be a member of the product liability, business litigation, and employment and labor practice groups.

ANI Mortgage, a San Diego-based real estate company, has promoted Jennifer Bigelow to vice president. Bigelow has 10 years' experience in the mortgage lending industry and joined ANI in 2005.
