SAN DIEGO, CALIF. —ANI Homes announces the opening of a new office in North Park located, at 3827 30th Street, to house their growing residential sales, property management and mortgage divisions.

As the pioneer in the movement to redevelop urban neighborhoods into thriving places to live and work, the movement of the ANI Homes office into North Park is in step with the company’s mission.

The new North Park location will serve 10 ANI Homes real estate agents and ANI Mortgage loan consultants that work countywide for the division.
