Description

The western portion of the subject building was first built in 1909 as the American National Bank. The original building was designed by Franklin P. Burnham in the Italinate style. As a twelve story, reinforced concrete building, it is considered one of San Diego's first skyscrapers.

A rehabilitation of this historic building in downtown San Diego is underway. The project consists of 84 live/work loft units and approximately 16,000 square feet of retail space. Please visit www.broadwaylofts.com for details.
