This project consisted of 273 acres of farmland on the western edge of Ann Arbor that was acquired and master-planned for 220,000 square feet of commercial space and 2,250 residential units. The land planning firm was Johnson, Johnson & Roy, Inc. ANI negotiated with city and township officials for the extension of utilities, which negotiations resulted in a joint design effort to interface project infrastructure needs with the development of a township water system. ANI managed the infrastructure construction and development of two subparcels, a 90-unit condominium project and a 205-unit site condominium for single-family homes. ANI formulated a highly successful marketing plan for the latter subparcel consisting of bulk lot sales to homebuilders, with the project being selected as the hubsite for the 1989 and 1990 Washtenaw County Homebuilders Association Showcase of homes. The balance of the parcel was sold in subparcels to other developers.
