Leasing and Acquisitions

With a strong background in law, Rick Wu joins ANI Retail Services, the commercial leasing and management division of American National Investments, as a broker working closely with the ANI team in the sales and leasing of commercial properties throughout San Diego County.

Prior to joining ANI, Rick was a Broker Associate at Sperry Van Ness specializing in commercial property in the south bay area of San Diego.

Rick brings a unique and qualified blend of expertise to ANI including proficiency in Mandarin Chinese as well as training in law and conflict resolution including conflict theory, problem solving, issue analysis, and drafting agreements.

Rick received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from New York University and his JD from William and Mary School of Law. Prior to entering law school he completed a year of volunteer national service with Americorps*NCCC in Washington D.C. Rick is a member of Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a California State Broker’s License.
