As General Manager, Stephanie McEntee’s responsibilities include all aspects of property management and operations including budgeting, financial reporting, Tenant relations, legal matters, Tenant buildouts and leasing activity.
Stephanie has over fifteen years of commercial retail experience and has worked for several leading property management companies including Trizac-Hahn, Westfield America, CB Richard Ellis, Costa Mesa based Arnel Management Company and San Francisco based M&H Property Management Company in Southern and Northern California, Las Vegas, Nevada and Portland Oregon trade markets. During her career, Stephanie has managed over 10 community shopping centers and has been in a management position for 10 regional shopping centers averaging 1 million square feet each. Stephanie’s strong leadership skills have been utilized to negotiate and secure critical lease renewals in difficult market times, the preparation of operating budgets for multiple ownership entities, successfully obtaining various permits by working with multiple city officials for major improvement projects while diligently managing income and cost centers and minimizing CAM expenses overall.
Stephanie is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has a current Real Estate License in the State of California.
