With experience in all aspects of Real Estate, from Residential and Commercial Acquisitions to Retail/Restaurant Leasing,  John Paul offers great service in analyzing the importance of selecting the right properties to meet the needs of Investors, Homeowners and Business Owners. A strong ability to seek out great investment opportunities and find "Hidden Gems" within a marketplace, while negotiating terms suitable to meeting any clients guidelines.  Growing up in the mountains of Colorado, John Paul acquired Sociology degree, and a minor in Spanish from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. Before moving to San Diego to pursue a career in Real Estate he has enjoyed extensive travel though Europe, Central America, and has lived in British Columbia. His passions include travelling, architecture, art, surfing and snowboarding.
